PUPPY:  Your puppy will be examined by our vet within ten days of air transportation.  You will receive an Official Small Animal Certificate of Veterninarian Inspection including a statement of low temperature acclimation along with your puppy's other vital documents.  Your puppy will be shipped by priority service in an airline approved crate with food and documents attached.

PRICE:  The total shipping fees for one puppy is $500.00, for two puppies is $600.00.  The cost of Priority Airfare, new crate, and veterinarian health inspection is included in the total shipping fees.  Any remainder of the balance due for the puppy purchase price plus the shipping fee, paid by cashier's check or money order, should be mailed to us and is required to reach us before the day of transfer. Credit Card payments of  "Balance Due" and /or "Shipping Fees" may be submitted by fax with the Charge Authorization Form.  All shipping fees are nonrefundable.

PROCESS:  We will take care of all the details of your puppy's travel.  Your puppy will fly in the cargo area, which is pressurized and is the same temperature as the passenger area. Your puppy will be guaranteed to be taken immediately off the plane with no long holding periods before, during or after the flight. Most families report that their puppy was made available between 15-30 minutes from the time the plane arrived. It is not safe or necessary to sedate puppies before the flight. We will plan play time for your puppy before the trip, so he or she will be ready to go in for a nap when it's time to travel.    

AIRLINE INFORMATION:  Whenever possible we arrange for our puppies to travel through United Airlines Pet Safe Program. This way we can be sure that your puppy will receive the special attention he or she deserves. If UA does not fly into your area and it becomes necessary for us to schedule your puppy's travel with another airline, special arrangements will need to be considered and fees may be slightly increased.

TEMPERATURE RESTRICTIONS:  The airlines have established temperature restrictions to ensure animals are not exposed to extreme heat or cold in the animal holding areas, terminal facilities, when moving the animals between terminal and aircraft or on an aircraft awaiting departure.  Heat Restriction: Pets can not be accepted when the ground temperature is above 85 degrees Fahrenheit at any location on the itinerary.   Cold Restriction: Pets can not be accepted when the ground temperature is below 45 degrees Fahrenheit at any location on the itinerary unless the pet has a veterinarian's statement of low temperature acclimation. When temperatures fall below 20 degrees Fahrenheit, pets may not be checked even with a statement of low temperature acclimation.

RETURN POLICY:  If it becomes necessary for a puppy to be returned to us, you will allow us to make all the arrangements for the return flight with the same care and considerations as the original flight.  We will provide you with all documents necessary for  the transportation.

PICK UP TIME:  We will email detailed instructions containing your puppy's travel itinerary a couple days prior to the tentative date of shipping.  Flight times and numbers are subject to change without notice, so we will not obtain that information until just before each flight. There will be a toll free number that you will be able to use to verify your puppy's flight number and arrival time included in the instructions. With that number, you will also be able to inquire as to the exact location of the puppy pick up office for the airport nearest you.  Please be sure you are at the airport on time to welcome your new puppy when he or she arrives.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION:  Please complete the following information as you would like it to appear on your puppy's travel documents, including the name of the person who will picking your puppy up at the airport if it will be someone other than yourself.
